You will build AI capabilities, train teams, and drive adoption while aligning with leadership on investment and client value. This is a remote role within the United States that pairs marketing expertise with AI, data, and human judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing technology, analytics, or operations with AI/automation experience.
• Proven ability to roll out AI or automation with teams and measure adoption and value.
• Strong communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own a focused AI strategy and roadmap across the agency.
• Design, validate, and scale AI workflows for client work and internal operations.
• Build, maintain, and govern AI assistants, agents, and automations.
• Provide hands-on training and develop role-based AI learning paths.
• Protect data quality, confidentiality, and responsible AI use.
