Axiom Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, driving growth and improving ROI.

You will partner with the executive team to translate growth priorities into scalable programs for B2B and B2C audiences, and build performance systems.

This hands-on, AI-forward role requires strong leadership, analytics, and collaboration with Admissions, Finance, and Outreach to maximize access to care.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning marketing outcomes end-to-end.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation.
• Strong email marketing, analytics, segmentation, and personalization skills (HTML/CSS).
• Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing tools (KIPU, Hootsuite, CTM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy to support access to care across all locations.
• Translate goals into scalable, multi-channel campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Manage marketing performance, agencies, and partnerships to optimize ROI.
• Oversee content, brand strategy, and communications across web, social, and email.
• Develop email programs and patient communication journeys with segmentation.
