Job summary

Human Agency is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Managing Director of AI. This role requires an exceptional individual who combines strategic vision and hands-on execution in AI. Responsibilities include designing AI-enabled processes and leading client transformations.

The ideal candidate has experience in operations and client services, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and excellent communication skills. This position offers opportunities for significant impact and leadership growth.

Qualifications

• 5‑7+ years in operations, client services, product/program/project management, strategic support, consulting, or transformation roles with direct ownership of client‑facing delivery.
• Demonstrated success leading multi‑stakeholder projects and organizational change initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director of AI to translate priorities into plans and measurable outcomes.
• Design and build AI‑powered systems that operate independently.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery on multiple client engagements involving AI‑enabled solutions.

Skills

Deep AI fluency

Experience with no/low-code automation platforms

Exceptional communication skills

Strong understanding of AI capabilities

Proven ability to design repeatable processes

Education
