Job summary

Point is standing up a new AI Enablement function and this dual-mandate leader will own it alongside our DevOps and platform practice. You will run reliability, delivery, and cloud foundations for a lending business while building a central hub that partners with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to automate and augment their work with AI.

In collaboration with IT and Security, you will set technical direction, drive adoption, and define success across both mandates.

Qualifications

Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to earn trust with non-engineering stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
Production proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
10+ years in DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, with strong technical depth.
Strong automation and AI experience including LLM agents, tool calling, RAG, and workflow orchestration.

Responsibilities

Own reliability, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Define and drive the technical direction, adoption, and success metrics across the AI Enablement and platform mandates.
Lead the infrastructure platform and shared-services organization (SRE & infra).
Partner with IT, Security, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to apply AI to workflows and business outcomes.
