Cresta is seeking a Sales Enablement leader to oversee the global enablement of the Sales and SDR teams, reporting to the Head of GTM Enablement, with significant expansion planned.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to identify key enablement challenges, deliver world-class programs, and measure impact in a fast-paced AI-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Enablement leadership experience and a genuine curiosity for how AI can improve CX.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of Enablement leadership in fast-paced organizations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to bring structure to chaos.
• Experience managing complex projects and delivering effectively.
• Ability to build relationships across Sales and SDR orgs.
• Proactive mindset and curiosity about how AI can solve CX challenges.

Aufgaben

• Lead and structure the Sales Enablement team and set future structure.
• Drive Enablement initiatives: onboarding, Sales Kickoff, and ongoing programs.
• Enable Cresta’s Strategic Sales team targeting CX leaders globally.
• Deliver high-quality programs with measurable impact and results.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
• Be the trusted partner to Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Help sales teams maximize AI tools for better CX outcomes.
