Cresta seeks a dynamic leader to head Sales Enablement, coordinating global programs across Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership. You will drive onboarding, Kickoffs, and ongoing enablement for Cresta's field teams, balancing priorities in a fast-paced AI environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep enablement experience, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to deliver scalable programs that move the needle for CX-focused sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of enablement leadership in fast-paced org.
• Strong organizational skills and a drive to bring structure to chaos.
• Experience managing complex projects and delivering them effectively.
• Ability to build relationships across Sales and SDR orgs.
• Proactive approach and curiosity about applying AI to CX.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize enablement needs across product, sales skills, market dynamics, and others.
• Lead and structure the Sales Enablement team going forward.
• Drive onboarding, Sales Kickoff, and related initiatives.
• Own enablement for Cresta's Strategic Sales team dealing with CX leaders.
• Deliver high-quality programs with measurable impact and results.
• Monitor and report the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
• Be the trusted partner to Sales Leadership.
• Help sales teams leverage cutting-edge AI tools.
