LearnLux, the leading global provider of workplace financial wellbeing, is seeking a Director of Product Management to translate our mission into a clear product vision and strategy. You will build experiences serving members, clients, and businesses across countries and markets.

This hands-on leadership role requires setting long-term direction, shaping our operating model with Product, Design, and Engineering, and defining how AI can improve financial guidance.

• 10+ years in product management with scale-building experience.
• Experience turning strategy into clear, measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record improving engagement, retention, or behavior.
• Leadership of product managers and designers.
• Experience in both customer-facing products and underlying platforms.
• Strong judgment to translate ambiguity into strategy.
• Ability to operate from long-term strategy to hands-on decisions.
