Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform and seeks a Launch Operations professional to own the entire onboarding experience from contract signature to full activation. This high-ownership role sits at the center of customer experience, product, and revenue, working closely with founders and revenue leaders to stand up the outbound motion and scale the onboarding engine.

You are an operator and builder, capable of executing onboarding at high quality while continually improving processes,

Qualifications

• Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops preferred.
• Experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing operations.
• Strong ability to turn vague objectives into concrete onboarding plans.
• Excellent communication with founders, CROs, and GTM leaders.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple workstreams and customers.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding end-to-end from contract to go-live.
• Run onboarding calls and align on ICP, TAM, signals, and outbound setup.
• Build and refine onboarding playbooks, templates, and workflows.
• Coordinate with Sales and Account Management for smooth handoffs.
• Surface feedback to Product and Engineering to improve onboarding.
