Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking several Product Operations Managers to embed within core product teams. You will be responsible for launch readiness, sign-offs, early access programs, and model deployment readiness.

You will build and run Claude-powered triage and dashboards, partnering with Legal, Safeguards, Security, and GTM to ship reliable AI products. You will work across launch calendars, evaluate feedback signals, and convert them into actionable improvements while maintaining a strong

Qualifications

• Have owned an operational program end to end (launches, early access, feedback, or planning).
• Built a process from zero to one and scaled it.
• Embedded with product leadership and can move a team without formal authority.
• Built Claude or LLM-powered workflows and can describe model behavior.
• Direct experience managing evals and adapting harnesses to new models.
• Experience with Cloud providers in partnership or GTM capacity.
• Commitment to safe deployment of AI (bonus for AI Safety/Safeguards).

Responsibilities

• Ship with confidence.
• Own launch readiness for your team and keep the launch calendar as the source of truth.
• Get major launches through go/no-go with required sign-offs.
• Run early access and beta programs and derive actionable feedback.
• Program manage new model launches with readiness goals, testing coverage, and issue triage.
• Close the loop with users and translate feedback into roadmaps.
• Turn noise into signals by prioritizing what customers need and mapping to the roadmap.
• Integrate with Anthropic's feedback systems and improve shared systems where they fall short.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Safeguards, Security, GTM, and other teams.
• Lead the team's operating system with planning and reviews.
• Set the team's cadence and ensure consistent progress.
• Collaborate with various teams to make partnerships predictable and scalable.
• Reduce reporting overhead by leveraging data already in systems.
• Own unique project work within each embedded seat, like Monthly Business Reviews.
• Build with Claude-powered triage and dashboards; create actionable tooling.
• Share reusable patterns back to ProdOps (checklists, setup, lookbacks, deprecations).
