ADP is hiring a Director, Enterprise Learning Platforms to lead the enterprise product management for platforms and applications that deliver learning experiences to associates, clients, and consumers globally. You will own the ecosystem including LMSs, learner-facing AI, and integrated tools, partnering with Learning Operations, Instructional Design, and Business Unit leaders.

You will drive platform strategy, governance, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement in a matrixed environment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading product-oriented platform strategy in a global, matrixed organization.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing analysts/technical specialists.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise roadmap for ADP’s learning platforms and applications.
• Set long-term vision for the learning ecosystem, including AI-powered learning adoption.
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment across all LMS and integrated platforms.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
