Net at Work is seeking a Director of AI Services to build and lead our client-facing AI and data services practice. This leader will own strategy, service portfolio, delivery methodology, team, client outcomes, and growth of the business.

You will help clients establish the data foundation for AI, identify high-value use cases, move AI solutions into production, and drive measurable adoption and business results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology or professional services, incl. 5+ years leading a business unit.
• P&L ownership with revenue and margin accountability.
• Experience building or scaling a new service offering.
• Experience defining delivery methodologies, standards, and tooling.
• Proven ability to scope and sell complex engagements to executive-level buyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing AI engagements from discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Define repeatable AI and data services offerings, delivery methodologies, tools, and standards.
• Own delivery quality, staffing, capacity, scope, and performance across engagements.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI and data services team.
• Partner with Sales and business leaders to develop pipeline and grow strategic client relationships.
• Develop managed, subscription, and advisory services to extend client relationships beyond implementation.
• Own the AI and data services P&L, including revenue, margin, growth, and recurring revenue targets.
