APPLY seeks an experienced AI engineering leader to turn complex business problems into reliable, production-ready AI solutions. You will work closely with clients while shaping architectures, guiding engineers, and resolving delivery challenges.

The role blends AI expertise with consulting judgment, product thinking, and technical leadership to scale AI-enabled products and platforms across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across software eng, data eng, ML, or related tech with AI/ML leadership.
• Proven production AI/ML applications; architecture, delivery and client-facing delivery.
• Strong software foundation: system design, APIs, data, testing, security, cloud, ops.
• Hands-on Python plus modern app, data, and AI engineering frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, context engineering, agentic workflows, tool use, evaluation.
• Experience grounding AI with enterprise data and evaluation for probabilistic outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of AI apps from discovery to scale.
• Translate client needs into technical roadmaps; align with executives and teams.
• Design AI apps combining models, data, APIs, and human workflows.
• Guide agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise search, ML models.
• Balance model quality, reliability, latency, cost, security, and user experience.
• Provide hands-on leadership through prototyping, reviews, and delivery oversight.
