• Proven experience selling Professional Services and AI implementation offerings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to co-sell Professional Services and drive services attach rates.
• Engage C‑level executives to identify strategic use cases and transformation opportunities.
• Lead discovery discussions to uncover challenges and position services‑led solutions.
• Drive software adoption and expansion through measurable business outcomes.
• Recruit, coach, and retain forward‑deployed engineering and technical consultants.
• Lead executive steering committees and strategic roadmap discussions.
• Forecast capacity, utilization, and services revenue; manage regional P&L.
