Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Director, AI Datacenter Construction to lead multiple AI data center builds in the U.S. portfolio. You will oversee site diligence, design, energization, and commissioning, with accountability for safety, schedule, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Construction Leadership: lead concurrent AI data center builds and ensure RFS.
• Pre-Construction, Design & Power: oversee design reviews, interconnection, and permitting.
• AI & High-Density Infrastructure: manage liquid cooling implementation and fit-out coordination.
• Cost, Contracts & Procurement: own budgets, EAC forecasts, and OFCI procurement.
• Tenant & Stakeholder Management: align tenants, utilities, and authorities.
