Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking an AI Datacenter Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of our AI data center builds. You will be Bitdeer’s senior on-site representative, accountable for safety, schedule, quality, and cost from mobilization through energization, commissioning, and turnover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management.
• 5+ years leading data center or mission-critical sites.
• Experience delivering large, fast-track builds with multiple trades.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour, PMP, or CCM certifications.
• Willingness to be based on site and travel/relocate to active project locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Bitdeer’s on-site lead and single point of accountability for the build.
• Direct the general contractor and trade partners on safety, quality, productivity, and schedule.
• Run site coordination meetings, look-ahead planning, and site logistics.
• Drive the site schedule and short-interval plans, and flag and recover critical-path slippage.
• Review change requests, quantities, and pay applications with cost and procurement.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to the VP, Data Center Construction and the TPM.
• Enforce site safety plans with the EHS Manager and lead by example in the field.
• Verify work against drawings and specifications with the QA/QC Manager.
• Resolve RFIs and field issues quickly with design and engineering.
• Coordinate civil, electrical/HV, mechanical, fiber, and ELV scopes on site.
• Work with local authorities, inspectors, and utilities on permits and inspections.
• Support commissioning and turnover and deliver punch-list closure.
