Bitdeer seeks an AI Datacenter Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of its AI data center builds. You will be the senior Bitdeer representative on site, accountable for safety, schedule, quality, and cost from mobilization through energization, commissioning, and turnover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management, including 5+ years on data center or mission-critical sites.
• Experience delivering large, fast-track builds with multiple trades.
• Working knowledge of civil, structural, MEP, and commissioning on data center projects.
• Willingness to be based on site and travel to active project locations.
• OSHA 30, PMP or CCM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Bitdeer's on-site lead and single point of accountability for the build.
• Direct the general contractor and trade partners on safety, quality, schedule, and costs.
• Run site coordination meetings, look-ahead planning, and site logistics.
• Coordinate disciplines and manage turnover and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with permits, inspections, and utilities.
