Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group seeks a Director, AI Datacenter Construction to lead multiple concurrent AI data center builds in the U.S. You will own execution from site diligence through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while delivering high-density AI capacity.

You will manage site leaders, standardize processes, and coordinate with contractors, utilities, and design consultants. Ideal candidates have owner-side hyperscale experience and liquid-cooled data halls.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction.
• Experience leading owner-side hyperscale AI data center builds.
• Experience with liquid-cooled AI data halls is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site AI data center construction across the US portfolio.
• Mentor site construction managers, drive standardized playbooks and reporting.
• Coordinate with utilities, EPCs, and design teams to maintain schedule and cost.
