Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group seeks a Director of AI Datacenter Construction to lead multiple concurrent AI data center builds across the U.S. portfolio. You will own execution from diligence to energization, with accountability for safety, schedule, cost, and quality on every site.

You will guide site construction managers, standardize playbooks, and manage GC, utility partners, and design consultants to deliver hundreds of MW of capacity efficiently.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction preferred.
• Experience delivering AI data centers or liquid-cooled facilities is a plus.
• Experience leading owner-side hyperscale projects and managing budgets/c schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site AI data center delivery from diligence to ready-for-service.
• Build and mentor site construction managers and discipline leads across sites.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, and reporting for faster, more predictable builds.
• Coordinate power design reviews, interconnection, and vendor partners across projects.
• Manage safety, quality, and turnover with structured closeout and asset handover.
• Report risks, options, and progress to executive leadership with clear trade-offs.
