Job summary

Huge is seeking a Director of AI Content Strategy to lead AI-driven content experiences for clients. The role focuses on governance, taxonomy, and conversations design across chat, voice, and agentic systems within a remote-Canada work context.

You will guide senior client engagements, build scalable content ecosystems, and partner with engineering and product teams to deliver world-class digital experiences leveraging Generative AI.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in content strategy, UX writing, content design, or related strategic roles
• Experience with enterprise-scale content systems, governance, and IA
• Expertise in governance, taxonomy, editorial strategy, voice/tone frameworks

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for internal teams and clients
• Drive content governance, audits, workflow design, and lifecycle management
• Create and evolve information architecture, content models, taxonomy structures, and metadata systems
• Develop strategy including voice & tone frameworks and messaging guidelines
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to scale content operations
• Lead conversation strategy for chat, voice, and agentic experiences
• Build dialogue flows, scripts, guardrails, and error-handling pathways
• Understand LLM behavior, prompting, context windows, hallucination risks
• Develop golden queries and responses to benchmark quality
• Create AI content pipelines with governance and human-in-the-loop review
• Architect intent taxonomy and conversational knowledge hierarchies
• Deploy and optimize experiences across conversational AI platforms
• Lead client relationships as senior content & AI strategist
• Identify opportunities for account growth and support proposals
