Huge is seeking a Director of AI Content Strategy to lead the development and execution of AI-powered content strategies across client projects. You will shape governance, taxonomies, and conversational guidelines while partnering with product, design, and engineering.
You will drive enterprise-scale content systems, own client relationships, and steer conversations for chat, voice, and agentic experiences, ensuring safe, high-quality outputs and scalable content ecosystems.

This role will lead the development and execution of AI-powered content strategies integral to designing seamless, scalable content ecosystems that deliver measurable results for our clients. As an AI content strategy expert, this role requires a strategic thinker who is an expert in Conversational AI and Generative AI, with a proven track record in AI-driven product experiences.
As a Director, you’ll lead and drive projects that help clients future‑proof their content experiences and maximize the value of their content—identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and creating actionable roadmaps to achieve their goals. You’ll define frameworks, steward content governance, craft conversational guidelines, and partner closely with cross‑disciplinary teams to bring world‑class digital experiences to life.

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
Wage Disclosure: $160,000—$200,000 USD
