You will partner with large enterprises and startups to scale AI agents, guiding the evolution of Sierra’s core platform through customer insights.
You will lead teams that balance speed and quality, translate business needs into technical deliverables, and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering teams that build and scale end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
- Leadership style that blends high standards with empathy.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
