Job summary

Sierra in San Francisco is hiring engineers to design and deliver scalable AI agents that power enterprise growth. You will own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to production, continually tuning and improving agents in real environments.

You’ll partner with leading enterprises and innovative startups to embed agents across business stacks and shape Sierra's platform roadmap. The role demands a hands-on builder with strong problem-solving and communication skills, ready to work closely

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
• Builder mindset with high agency and hands-on shipping ability.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
