Apptad Inc. is seeking a Lead Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager to guide multiple teams through cloud, AI, and digital transformation initiatives in the Mortgage and Banking domain.

You will shape delivery roadmaps, coach Product Owners, and drive agile practices at scale. The role focuses on enterprise applications, platform modernization, and API integrations across ERP/CRM workflows, with emphasis on governance, risk, and compliance in regulated financial services.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as Scrum Master or related delivery role.
• Proven experience leading Cloud Transformation and AI/GenAI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Azure, AWS, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, automation, analytics.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services or regulated industries.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams supporting Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, and Business Application initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, and PI Planning.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Drive Agile maturity, delivery predictability, and operational excellence across programs.
• Manage delivery and enhancement of enterprise business applications including ERP, CRM, workflow automation, digital platforms, and banking systems.
• Coordinate application lifecycle activities including planning, development, testing, releases, upgrades, and production readiness.
• Drive prioritization and execution of business and technology roadmaps across multiple application portfolios.
• Support governance, risk management, and compliance requirements for business-critical applications.
• Plan and manage complex programs involving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Own project plans, delivery roadmaps, RAID logs, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Monitor program health using KPIs, dashboards, delivery metrics, and executive reporting.
• Proactively identify risks, remove impediments, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, product teams, architecture, engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
• Facilitate strategic planning, roadmap discussions, and executive reviews.
• Translate business objectives into actionable Agile delivery plans.
• Drive decision-making and alignment across complex organizational structures.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Security, Data Engineering, and Support teams to ensure smooth delivery and release execution.
• Promote automation, AI-assisted delivery practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support budget planning, governance, compliance, audit readiness, and operational health reporting.
