Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking a Director of Education to lead the Academic Department at the campus level, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. The role oversees the Academic team, including program directors, faculty, and staff, and participates on the Campus Leadership Team.

Responsibilities include coordinating the New Student Orientation, driving student retention initiatives, and supervising curriculum development and library resources to support hybrid/online

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in education, administration, or related field.
• Three years of experience in educational administration.
• Two years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Three years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment.
• Ability to qualify as an instructor.

Responsibilities

• Provides Services to Students: counsel and support to students; academic advisement coordination.
• Leads the Retention Program by planning, implementing, and directing retention activities.
• Oversees maintenance of academic records and compliance with policies and regulations.
