Job summary

An educational institution is seeking a Director of Education responsible for overseeing all academic operations at the campus level. This role involves managing the Academic team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing robust academic programs. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in educational administration. Key responsibilities include coordinating orientation programs, creating class schedules, and supervising faculty performance. The position requires strong leadership and compliance management skills, with a focus on student retention and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3 years of experience in educational administration.
• 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• 3 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment.
• Ability to qualify as an instructor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in the New Student Orientation Program each term.
• Develop a Master Schedule of Classes and maintain student-teacher ratio of 20:1.
• Supervise the Academic team and provide oversight.
• Oversee the library/resource center and its personnel.
• Manage academic data and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide academic information and report relevant data.
