Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking a Program Director to oversee the management and administration of the assigned program, including teaching, student advising, curriculum development, and internship management. The role emphasizes data-driven program improvement, scheduling, and maintaining accreditation standards.

The successful candidate will lead faculty development, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with campus leadership to provide high-quality instruction and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Educational background equal to or exceeding the maximum credential offered in the program area.
• At least 5 years industry experience within the last 10 years.
• Possess current, valid licensure where appropriate.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to teach/train adult learners with strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel to extern/clinical sites.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a conducive learning environment for students and faculty.
• Identify, hire and train qualified faculty.
• Monitor and promote the integration of the Ancora Education Learning Philosophy and Core Classroom Principles.
• Partner with Education leaders to drive faculty development and training.
• Provide timely mentoring, observations, coaching, and feedback to faculty.
• Maintain course schedules and assign faculty workloads per policy.
• Ensure adequate equipment and materials to support curriculum and learning objectives.
• Maintain accreditation standards and ensure program compliance.
• Coordinate relationships with external entities providing clinical/extern experiences.
• Advise students on academic performance and progression.
• Evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements.
• Maintain curriculum in line with standards.
