Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Ability to qualify as an instructor.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the academic department operations and compliance with policies.
• Leads the Academic Review Committee and directs retention efforts.
• Manages master schedule of classes and instructor workload.
• Hires and develops program directors and faculty.
• Ensures library resources and online/hybrid delivery support.
• Coordinates student counseling and accommodations processes.
• Maintains student records and ensures accreditation readiness.
• Collaborates with career services and externships as applicable.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

3 years of experience in educational administration

2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role

3 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment
