Job summary

Logicalis, Inc. is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive 24x7x365 Managed Services across an assigned scope. You will own performance, governance, and continual improvement while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring service commitments are met.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to translate data into actionable plans, with a focus on customer outcomes and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Experience with ITSM and ticketing operations, SLA and KPI management, service governance, onboarding and transition.

Responsibilities

• Executes the Managed Services operating model with clear ownership, workload prioritization, and risk management across cross-functional teams.
• Leads operational reviews, monitors performance, and implements corrective actions with accountable owners.
• Manages workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning for assigned scope.
• Drives process improvement, technical health, automation, and monitoring to improve service quality and delivery efficiency.
• Partners with leaders to coordinate resources, resolve cross-pod dependencies, and align with finance on costs and investments.
