Job summary

Logicalis seeks a senior leader to drive 24x7x365 Managed Services delivery across a defined operational scope. You will own people leadership, service performance, governance, risk management, customer outcomes, and continual improvement, ensuring consistent execution and clear handoffs across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of related IT operations, managed services, or infrastructure leadership.
• Experience leading technical teams and accountability for customer portfolios in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Managed Services operating model for the assigned scope with clear ownership and coordination.
• Oversee service performance using KPIs, SLAs, and quality measures; drive corrective actions with accountable owners.
• Establish and maintain operational processes, controls, and service standards for compliant, effective delivery.
• Manage workforce planning, coaching, and development of direct and matrixed teams.
