Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of related IT operations or managed services experience, with 5+ years leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Managed Services delivery across 24x7 operations and cross-functional teams, ensuring governance, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage service performance using KPIs, SLAs, and governance reviews; drive corrective actions with accountable owners.
• Oversee team development, staffing, and capacity planning to meet customer demand and service commitments.
• Act as operational escalation point for high-impact issues and coordinate remediation with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and health of services, ensuring operational readiness for new/changed services.
• Align delivery cost and resource utilization with budget and strategic business goals, with risk and compliance oversight.
