You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize workload routing, and drive improvements across pods and centralized capabilities. The role requires extensive experience in IT operations, service delivery, ITSM, and KPI reporting, with strong leadership and budget management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• 7–10 years in IT operations, managed services, or infrastructure leadership.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and customer portfolios in a 24x7 environment.
• Experience with ITSM, SLA/KPI management, and monitoring/automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7x365 Managed Services delivery for assigned scope with clear ownership and governance.
• Oversee service performance using KPIs, SLAs, and quality measures; implement corrective actions.
• Direct staffing, capacity planning, workload routing, escalation, and communications.
• Drive process improvements, risk management, and cross-pod coordination.
• Manage budget and cost alignment; ensure operational readiness for new services.
