Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a senior Operations Leader to oversee 24x7x365 Managed Services delivery across a defined scope. You will be responsible for people leadership, service performance, governance, risk management, and continual improvements, ensuring consistent execution and clear handoffs across pods and centralized capabilities.

Your role focuses on owning workload prioritization, cross-functional coordination, incident response, and business-aligned outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required or 7–10 years of equivalent IT leadership experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years leading technical teams and 7–10 years IT operations/managed services experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads 24x7x365 Managed Services delivery for designated scope with accountability for people leadership and outcomes.
• Oversees service performance using KPIs, service levels, and reviews; drives corrective actions with owners.
• Ensures work assignment, routing, escalation, and handoffs per standards and customer commitments.
