Job summary

Logicalis, Inc. is seeking a senior operations leader to steer 24x7x365 Managed Services delivery across the designated scope, ensuring clear ownership, governance, and continual improvement.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage service performance via KPIs and SLAs, mentor leaders, and align capacity planning with customer demand while driving risk management and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in IT operations, managed services, or service delivery.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and customer portfolios.
• Experience with ITSM, SLA/KPI management, and monitoring/automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Managed Services across operational scope with KPIs and governance.
• Oversee service performance and drive corrective actions.
• Develop workforce, coaching, succession, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and vendor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational readiness for new services.
