Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of IT operations, managed services leadership.

Responsibilities

• Executes the Managed Services operating model for the assigned scope, ensuring ownership and accountability.
• Oversees service performance using KPIs, SLAs, and reviews; translate findings into actions.
• Manages work assignment, routing, escalation, and handoffs per standards and commitments.
• Establishes and maintains operational processes, controls, and service standards.
• Leads operational reviews on performance, quality, risk, and continual improvement; implements actions.
• Partners with peers to coordinate resources and improve delivery effectiveness.
