Zusammenfassung

The Division of Anatomic Pathology at UPMC, in collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and UPSOM, seeks a Pathologist for the Head and Neck Pathology Center of Excellence. The role is in the academic clinical track with subspecialty training in Head and Neck Surgical Pathology.

The successful candidate will lead and participate in translational and diagnostic initiatives, mentor fellows and residents, and work with multidisciplinary teams at UPMC Presbyterian-Shadyside

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO with Board certification in Anatomic Pathology and subspecialty training in Head and Neck Pathology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Strong record of scholarly activity and publications.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership in Head and Neck Pathology COE and participate in service roles.
• Mentor and teach Head and Neck Pathology fellows and residents.
• Sign out surgical pathology cases as needed and participate in research initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and lead diagnostic/research initiatives.
• Represent the department nationally and internationally.
