Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Cincinnati, OH, and Lexington/Louisville, KY locations. The role focuses on selling oncology therapies, articulating product value, and driving business in assigned accounts within a commission-based framework.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, valid driver's license, and 2+ years of related sales experience in pharma/biotech or a recent military relocation to the geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recent military relocation to the geography.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products’ clinical efficacy, articulate value proposition, provide clinical support, and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business in assigned accounts, call plan direction, develop account strategies with District Manager and internal partners.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives, probes, and approved materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
• Utilize all approved marketing tools and resources, close sales to move to the next step (appointment, in-service, etc.).
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities and negotiate/orders to meet targets.
