Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Driver's license and ability to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical/biologic/medical device sales experience or recent military transition in geography or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate clinical efficacy knowledge and value proposition to customer; provide clinical support and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis; prospect for new business within assigned accounts; call plan with district manager; develop account strategies and internal partnerships.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives, probes, and approved materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in territory.
• Utilize all company-approved marketing tools; close sales and move to next steps (appointments, in-services, patient identification).
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities; negotiate and close orders to meet objectives.
