Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist to support Denver, CO and Omaha, NE. This field-based role drives strategic sales for approved oncology therapies across designated accounts.

You will articulate product value, develop account plans with the District Manager, and collaborate with internal partners to optimize access and reimbursement. Travel will be required to achieve territory success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recent military transition.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, articulate value, provide clinical support, and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, and develop account strategies with the District Manager.
• Develop pre- and post-call plans with objectives, probes, and approved materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase territory sales.
• Utilize marketing tools and close sales to move to next steps.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options to optimize opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet objectives.
