Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Executive Oncology Sales Representative, Head & Neck, to support the Los Angeles – San Diego territory. This field-based role requires building relationships with accounts, presenting clinical value, and meeting sales objectives.

You will coordinate with District Management to develop account strategies, call plans, and post-call actions while navigating reimbursement considerations and product access. Join a growing team focused on patient impact.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience or recent military transition.
• Reside in the geography or be willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of clinical efficacy, articulate value propositions, provide information as needed, and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop account strategies with the District Manager and plan penetration in key accounts.
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives, probes and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales within the territory.
• Utilize approved marketing tools and move sales to the next step (appointments, in-services, patient identification).
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve opportunities.
