Wolfoods seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp facilities. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This on-site, live-in position requires you to thrive under pressure, lead a dynamic team, and ensure top-quality meals for campers with strict dietary needs. Seasonal contract May–Sept, with bonuses and room & board included.

Competenze

4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
ServSafe Manager Certification is required; Allergens knowledge is essential before start date and company-sponsored.
Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities; comfort with high-volume service.

Mansioni

Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; maintain a high-energy environment.
Oversee culinary quality, portion control, and scratch cooking execution.
Manage allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards per Health Department guidelines.
Administer inventory, food orders, budgeting, and daily reporting.
Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and Wolfoods corporate office.
