Wolfoods seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on, on-site leadership role at our rustic summer camp. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced setting.

This seasonal contract runs May–Sept with a 6‑day/70‑hour minimum. Live-on-site housing, full room-and-board, competitive pay, and a bonus structure are provided.

Collaborate with campers, leadership, and Wolfoods corporate to ensure scratch cooking and high standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens knowledge and safety training required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee culinary operations, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and Health Department sanitation standards.
• Handle inventory, food orders, budget tracking, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods office.
