Qualifications

• Housekeeping supervisory experience in upscale hotel/resort.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Hands-on leader who coaches and develops people.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the housekeeping team through coaching, training, motivation and clear expectations.
• Maintain high resort standards across guestrooms and public areas through inspections and attention to detail.
• Oversee daily operations: staffing, scheduling, productivity, payroll, supplies, departmental priorities.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Sales and other departments to anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, training, efficiency and execution.
