Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping in an upscale, full-service hotel or resort.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Hands-on leader who fosters high standards and coaches teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the housekeeping team through coaching, training, and clear expectations.
• Maintain exceptional resort standards across guestrooms and public areas.
• Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, payroll, supplies, and priorities.
• Partner with Front Desk, Sales, and other departments to anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, training, and overall execution.
