Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection in Alabama seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor. You will oversee daily operations of Housekeeping and Laundry, ensuring impeccable room cleanliness and public area order, while guiding a hands-on team to deliver outstanding guest service.

The role focuses on security of key control, productivity monitoring, staff training, and inventory management to uphold luxury standards and exceptional hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily sign-in/out of master and section keys to ensure security and tracking.
• Monitor housekeeping productivity by tracking vacant dirty (VD) rooms and alert managers of concerns.
• Assign daily special tasks such as high dusting, low dusting, and cleaning of coffee pots.
• Ensure AAA inspections rooms meet standards for the property's reputation.
• Enforce Linen Standard Operating Procedures (LSOP) with reporting and inventory checks.
• Oversee weekly ordering and bi-monthly inventory of cleaning, guest, and office supplies; maintain linen stock.
• Coordinate repairs for laundry, housekeeping, and contract labor to keep operations smooth.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping Manager on shift staffing based on occupancy and costs.
• Monitor attendance and punctuality, address tardiness and call-offs.
• Regularly inspect linens for damage and ensure proper distribution across rooms and public areas.
