• Budget awareness and opportunities to upsell services.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with sales to transition from sales to Event Operations.
• Lead pre-event and post-event meetings for assigned groups.
• Oversee group room blocks and space allocations using event tools.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, and procedures for events.
• Gather guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Forecast group sleeping rooms and event revenue for convention services.
