Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with routing, tracking, and trailer/fleet management systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a box truck safely and in tight spaces.
• Familiarity with traffic laws for large commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Transportation Supervisor point of contact and relay updates.
• Safely operate and oversee vehicles and equipment per safety rules.
• Lead by example and communicate expectations to drivers.
• Coach and train driver teams to improve performance.
• Oversee routing and optimize trailer loading.
• Coordinate daily transportation activities and fleet maintenance.
• Hold regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Complete pickup routes as needed to support operations.
• Align team with company goals and mission.
• Attend trainings and stay updated on policies.
