Qualifications

• Experience with systems overseeing routing, tracking, and fleet maintenance, plus a fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation operations at the location and lead a team of drivers, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and donation attendants.
• Plan and optimize driver routes and monitor route productivity for cost control.
• Ensure fleet vehicles are maintained and coordinate maintenance as necessary.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Support retail stores by managing donation pickup and delivery schedules.
• Communicate effectively with donors, customers, and coworkers to uphold service quality.
