Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and optimize driver routes, manage on-road challenges, and monitor route productivity.
• Lead a team of Donation Pickup Drivers, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and donation attendants.
• Hire, train, and evaluate performance; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Coordinate truck maintenance and trailers shipping; supervise vehicle upkeep.
• Support retail stores with donation pickup and delivery schedules as needed.
