Red White & Blue Thrift Store is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff. You will oversee route planning, safety, and on-time pickups while handling hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Experience with systems overseeing routing, tracking, and fleet maintenance.
• MS Office proficiency is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check.
• Ability to operate a box truck safely.
• Knowledge of traffic laws for large commercial vehicles.
• Ability to work independently.
• Schedule flexibility for changing pickup routes.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet maintenance and vehicle condition.
• Manage a team of Donation Pickup Drivers, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and donation attendants including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Oversee daily transportation operations, safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and optimize driver routes; address on-road challenges and evaluate route productivity.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections; maintain safety protocols.
• Support retail stores by managing donation pickup and delivery schedules as needed.
• Represent the organization to donors and the public while aligning with its mission.
• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on policies and best practices.
