Job summary

PopStroke Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at the Myrtle Beach venue. The role manages daily kitchen operations, staff development, inventory, and ensures quality food and seamless service.

Reporting to the Operating Partner and Regional Chef, you will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and compliance with safety standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, and expediter with a minimum of 3 years in a management/supervisor role.
• Culinary degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Proficient in kitchen operations, food planning, sanitation, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs.
• Oversee financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll-related administrative duties.
• Ensure highest standards of service efficiency, sanitation, training and safety practices.
• Coordinate and production of events and functions.
• Direct hiring, supervision, development and, when necessary, termination of employees.
